Initiate Your Request
Log into your MazdaShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
